Crystal Gibson

I’m Crystal Gibson, and for the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people transform their skin and, more importantly, the way they feel about themselves.

My journey began in corrective skincare, where I developed a passion for helping clients struggling with acne, hyperpigmentation, and other skin concerns regain their
confidence. Over the years, my passion has grown into medical aesthetics and education, eventually leading me to open The Esthetician Academy and pour into the next generation of skincare professionals.

I’m a mother of four, a dreamer, a student, and a woman who believes it’s never too late to pursue the life you envision for yourself. I’m currently attending college part-time with hopes of becoming an attorney one day. It’s a completely different path from aesthetics, but advocacy and helping people have always been a part of who I am.

When I’m not working or studying, you’ll usually find me making memories with my children, traveling, or cooking for the people I love. Cooking is one of my love languages, and creating meaningful experiences for my children is one of my greatest joys.

I’m also working toward launching a nonprofit dedicated to supporting single mothers and survivors of domestic violence. My hope is to create a space where women feel supported, empowered, and reminded of their strength.

My story is still being written, and that’s what I love most about it. I’m building businesses, pursuing dreams, raising babies, and constantly becoming a better version of myself.

If there’s one thing I hope my journey reminds other women of, it’s this: you are allowed to reinvent yourself, chase another dream, start over, and become everything you were meant to be.

Erika is a Registered Nurse bringing over 12 years of surgical nursing experience and 2 years in aesthetic medicine to the Beauty Refined team.

Her extensive surgical background has shaped her strong foundation in facial anatomy, precision, patient safety, and attention to detail—skills she now combines with her passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Erika believes in enhancing each client’s natural beauty through personalized, balanced, and natural-looking results. Her approach is centered on listening to her clients, understanding their goals, and creating thoughtful treatment plans that help them look refreshed while still looking like themselves.
