Annette Wychgram, MSN, FNP-C

Founder | Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | Clinical Trainer

Annette Wychgram is the Founder of Beauty Refined, a nationally recognized Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, and clinical trainer. She is known for natural, refined results and an uncompromising standard of care. 

With more than a decade of advanced practice experience, Annette brings a strong medical foundation to aesthetic medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University and practiced as both a Hospitalist and Neurovascular Nurse Practitioner before founding Beauty Refined in 2015. 

Her philosophy is simple: beautiful results begin with sound medical judgment. Annette approaches aesthetics with equal parts clinical expertise and artistry, focusing on restoring balance, enhancing natural features, and creating results that leave clients looking refreshed and never overdone. 

Annette completed a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and has served as a national trainer for Galderma GAIN and Prollenium, as well as a Key Opinion Leader for Cartessa Aesthetics. She continues to train and mentor aesthetic providers in advanced techniques, regenerative aesthetics, patient assessment, and clinical safety. 

As Founder of Beauty Refined, Annette leads the clinical vision of the practice and oversees treatment protocols, provider education, safety, and the standards of care across the Beauty Refined brand beyond Colorado and bringing its signature approach to refined aesthetics, clinical excellence, and elevated patient care to new markets nationwide.  

For Annette, aesthetic medicine has never been about changing the way someone looks. It’s about helping clients look refreshed, refined, and authentically themselves, so the confidence they feel on the inside is reflected on the outside.

Avery Holt, LE

Licensed Aesthetician | Beauty Refined DTC

Avery Holt is a Licensed Aesthetician at Beauty Refined DTC with advanced expertise in corrective skincare, laser treatments, and combination treatment protocols. Known for thinking beyond a single treatment, Avery loves creating comprehensive skin plans that strategically combine technologies and modalities to achieve more meaningful, visible results. 

Over the years, Avery has developed particular expertise in aesthetic laser treatments and is passionate about incorporating laser technology into traditional skincare plans when it can take a client’s results to the next level. Rather than relying on one modality alone, she considers how treatments such as laser, microneedling, chemical exfoliation, advanced facials, and medical-grade skincare can work together to address concerns including pigmentation, texture, signs of aging, redness, and overall skin quality. 

One of Avery’s favorite approaches is creating stacked treatment protocols—thoughtfully combining complementary treatments to target the skin in different ways and maximize results. She enjoys looking at the bigger picture of a client’s skin journey and building a plan that evolves as their skin improves. 

Avery also has an exceptional knowledge of medical-grade skincare. Her expertise has earned her national recognition from ALASTIN Skincare, where she was hand-selected to participate on the brand’s nationally recognized aesthetician panel. She brings that same depth of product knowledge into the treatment room, helping clients understand how professional treatments and the right home regimen can work together to support their results. 

Continued education is an important part of Avery’s practice, and she is constantly expanding her knowledge of emerging technologies, advanced treatment combinations, and skincare innovations. What she loves most is seeing the progression that happens when clients commit to their skin and finally begin achieving the changes they’ve been working toward. 

Outside of Beauty Refined, Avery is every bit the social butterfly. She loves sunshine, live music, discovering restaurants with great ambiance, and spending time with the people she loves.

Caitlin Stamey, CNC, CWC, CPT

Certified Nutritionist & Wellness Coach | Beauty Refined

Caitlin Stamey is a Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach who brings more than a decade of experience in nutrition, fitness, and integrative wellness to Beauty Refined. Her approach is centered on one core belief: lasting change comes from creating balance—not chasing perfection. 

Caitlin works one-on-one with clients to identify the nutrition, lifestyle, and behavioral patterns that may be standing between them and their goals. Rather than relying on restrictive diets or temporary fixes, she focuses on realistic strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life and sustained over time. 

With particular experience in weight management, Caitlin helps clients navigate nutrition, body composition goals, healthy habit development, and the lifestyle factors that influence overall wellness. Her own personal wellness journey gives her a relatable perspective and an understanding that meaningful change requires more than simply being told what to eat. 

At Beauty Refined, Caitlin works collaboratively with our medical providers to develop individualized wellness plans based on each client’s health needs, concerns, and personal goals. By combining the medical expertise of our providers with Caitlin’s expertise in nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and behavioral change, the team is able to take a more comprehensive approach to wellness. Whether a client is focused on weight management, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, improving energy and body composition, or simply feeling better overall, Caitlin works closely with both the client and their medical provider to help create a plan that is realistic, personalized, and designed to support meaningful, sustainable progress. 

Her broader background includes personal training, yoga instruction, phlebotomy, and IV therapy, giving Caitlin a well-rounded understanding of the many factors that contribute to health and wellbeing. 

Caitlin offers personalized virtual nutrition and wellness consultations, making ongoing support accessible and easy to incorporate into even the busiest schedule. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, simplify the process, and help them build healthier habits that actually fit their lives. 

Balance is key—and Caitlin believes the best wellness plan is one you can truly live with. 

Johanna Hamilton, MSN, FNP-C

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | Beauty Refined

Johanna Hamilton is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and experienced aesthetic provider known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and natural, beautifully balanced results. 

With more than a decade of experience in medicine, Johanna brings a strong clinical foundation to aesthetic practice. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and began her career in Trauma and Burn ICU nursing before transitioning into Gastroenterology. Her diverse medical background shaped the clinical judgment, precision, and patient-centered approach she brings to every treatment. 

Johanna has practiced full-time in aesthetic medicine since 2019 and joined Beauty Refined in 2023. She has completed extensive advanced education in facial anatomy and injectable techniques through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, AmSpa Injection Anatomy, and the Tom van Eijk Academy, and continues to pursue advanced education as aesthetic medicine evolves. 

Her approach to aesthetics is centered on creating natural yet impactful results that enhance rather than change. Johanna takes the time to understand each client’s goals, assess the face as a whole, and develop thoughtful treatment plans designed to create balance, refinement, and results that still feel authentically like you. 

Johanna also believes that looking and feeling your best are deeply connected. She values the relationships she builds with her clients and loves helping them feel more confident while maintaining the features and individuality that make them uniquely themselves. 

Outside of Beauty Refined, Johanna enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband, daughter, and their English Mastiff, Ruger. Most mornings, you’ll find her with a cozy blanket, a good cup of coffee, and Ruger nearby.

Meredith Weber, BSN, RN

Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse | Beauty Refined

Meredith Weber is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic provider at Beauty Refined known for her precision, artistic eye, and naturally beautiful results. With nearly two decades of nursing experience, she brings a seasoned clinical foundation to aesthetics along with the attention to detail and steady hand that have become hallmarks of her treatment style. 

A graduate of Regis University, Meredith earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Magna Cum Laude in 2007. Her nursing career includes extensive experience in IV therapy and wellness medicine, giving her a unique perspective on the connection between looking your best and feeling your best. 

Meredith began her formal education in aesthetic medicine through the Aesthetic Skin Institute and joined the Beauty Refined aesthetic team in 2025. Since then, she has continued extensive hands-on and advanced education in injectable treatments, facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and treatment planning. 

As an injector, Meredith has a natural appreciation for facial proportions and the small details that can make a meaningful difference. She is meticulous with her technique and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to each face—whether creating subtle definition, restoring balance, or simply helping someone look like a refreshed version of themselves. Her calm demeanor and gentle touch also make her a favorite among clients who may feel nervous about needles or aesthetic treatments. 

In addition to aesthetics, Meredith’s background in IV therapy and passion for health and wellness allow her to care for clients beyond the treatment chair. She provides IV therapy and wellness treatments at Beauty Refined and enjoys helping clients take a more comprehensive approach to looking and feeling their best. 

Outside of Beauty Refined, Meredith lives with her husband and three children on their ranch in Elizabeth, Colorado. Her love of animals, nature, and healthy living is a big part of who she is—and yes, the mini cows frequently make an appearance.
